We all need support in this world. We are living in one of the most unsettling times in history, I am here to be of service and offer my love and support to you. I have lived many lives within this one and have had my share of traumas. Through countless negative experiences in my existence I have felt a vast array of emotions and am very relatable to many. Through my spiritual practices I have found a new perspective and ability to cope. I would be honored to just hold space and listen or give guidance.
